Some digs to the frame. A vintage piece of wall paper is covering the back and has been ripped in places. Tape lose in bottom corners but still holds well. Please refer to the photos.

History of George Bazeley of Northampton
George Bazeley, hailing from Northampton, honed his taxidermy skills alongside his brother William before jointly establishing a business on Sheep Street in Northampton. In 1895, George ventured out to establish his own enterprise on Horsemarket. The cases crafted by Bazeley are easily identifiable due to their distinct style of taxidermy and casework. Bazeley specialized in producing numerous cases featuring a diamond style, typically framed with either robust oak or gilt. Notably, he opted for tape instead of wooden beading to secure each case, a choice that aligns well with the prevailing Victorian trends of the era.
