Gorgeous vintage 1970's Indian hand block printed blouse by Phool. 

Sheer cotton gauze, decorated with the most beautiful gold stamping throughout.

Big balloon sleeves with popper cuffs and two neck ties embellished with bells.

Condition Report

In lovely vintage condition. There are a few small holes on the blouse especially on the arms and a small area of pulled cotton on the inside seam. Please see photos.
